Thanks for enjoying 3D Photo Browser.
The rotate tool can be access through the menu (Display > Rotate), a shortcut key (R) or the toolbar (three circular arrows).
You also have quick access keys:
Ctrl: Rotate
Ctrl+Alt: Zoom
Space: Move
