Hello,
is it possible in batch mode (standalone) to systematically exclude a mapping from the crouch ?
For example on a large series of identical models but different poses I do not want the hair polygons to be reduced.

This is not really possible as you cannot specify names to exclude from optimization.
There might be one solution: you can hide the hair and it will be automatically excluded from the optimization (unless you check the option to optimize hidden mesh).
Once you have generated your LOD you'll have to unhide the hairs for every files that have been generated.
