We have a network installation of Maya 2013.5 and therefore I could not use the default installation path. Not sure if that is what causes the following run error. Also, please note that we are using Maya 2013.5, not 2013.
Maya2Mootools.ply.10_2013_x64.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?cleanup@MLibrary@@SAXH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library OpenMaya.dll
Any suggestions for fixing this error?

We apologize for the late answer. I guess you already have contact us through the mail support which is more reactive.
Did you check Maya 2013 SP2 support during the setup.
Maya 2013 exists in two version which are not compatible (Maya 2013 and Maya 2013.5 which is Maya SP2).
Please reinstall the plugin and verify that you select the appropriate component.
